Auto Service Unit

We are providing fine quality Auto Service Units, which are developed from effective techniques and are mounted on two nylon wheels to enable smooth transport of the unit even on rough and uneven surfaces. Our products are tested on different quality parameters and are known for features like long service lives, high durability, simple maintenance and economical rates.

Features:

Automatic operation: Automatic pressure switch is provided.

Optional: The Auto Service Unit is preferred by customers’ also for spray painting. Moreover, suitable spray painting gun with an air regulator are provided at extra cost.

The unit consists of:

Reciprocating Air Compressor — SKM15

1.5 HP rating direct coupled, with a FAD of 2cfm, at a maximum working pressure of 10kgf/cm2. The compressor unit is highly balanced, fitted with roller bearings for the connecting rod and crank. It also consists of automotive type piston, deep finned cylinder and cylinder head. The valves are finger type. The compressor has been mounted on 45 liters horizontal air receiver.

Grease Pump m- SKGP 20

The unit also contains a high — pressure lubricating pump of 50:1 ratio, which is being mounted on a grease drum of 25 kg grease capacity and with an easy opening lid. An automatic regulator is also present in order to regulate grease pump inlet pressure at a constant 5.5 kg/cm2. This process is carried out irrespective of the air-line pressure.

Tyre Inflator

Our unit also consists of a gun type tyre inflator with gauge, and also consists of a dual foot connector for inflation/deflation of tyre and checking of air pressure.
